Nice pickups! I honestly can't say I don't like any of them, and you've gotten in at some great price points, especially with UL and PM.
I couldn't comment on your other post (commenting not available), but if one of your 2014 goals is to acquire another rental closer to you, then I would absolutely to a 1031 exchange and defer any tax on the original rental. Gives you more "powder" for another rental or two without losing that purchasing power from the tax considerations.
Lots of good buys here. I really like WTR for a utility exposure. To me there's not as much risk as an electric utility. No alternative to water. Pretty good size additions too. I need more capital. :(
I recently purchased some PM as well. I believe that marijuana will be legalized sometime during our lifetime and when it does PM will be positioned best to distribute.
