Fellow bloggers and followers sorry for the long delay in posting my updates.

Things I have been doing last 3 months.

1. Completed a 1031 exchange.
2. Got a rental property and rented it out.
3. Took a trip abroad.
4. Completed a college semester in summer


I know its not an excuse, will try to keep up the pace.

    Welcome back! Whew, busy time and lots of good looking updates! Hard to tell exactly how you are doing year-to-date, but I can say without question you've blown 2013 out of the water!

      Yes indeed very busy we had huge issues with 1031, but luckily everything resolved.
